how to call iis website from nginx

hi,

I am using nginx 1.16.1
on windows 10 pro.

i have configured my site on iis on the same windows 10 pro
now i want to configure nginx so that i can call the sites from nginx.

so all my sites are working on localhost.

finally i will take nginx to linx. but now for now i have to test it on windows 10 pro.

i have attached the image of iis configuration and nginx , pls find them attached.
